SERVICE FEES
Fees for the services of Smart Investment and Marketing agents varies from countries where our regional branches are housed.  In the Kingdom of Bahrain, existing law states that clients are not obliged to pay any amount should he/she decides to rent a certain property shown to him by an agent.  In Qatar, existing laws state that client will have to pay an amount equivalent to two (2) weeks rent to the agent once he/she decides to occupy a certain property shown to him directly by the Smart Real Estate agent.  In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, client must pay an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the total annual rent, should he/she decides to rent and occupy the property shown by the Smart Real Estate agent.  Smart Real Estate under Smart Investments and Marketing adheres to the current and existing real estate and business laws of the countries in which it operates.  Should any dispute arises, it will be dealt with and settled with under the jurisdiction and observance of the current real estate laws of the country or state.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
These Terms are for the benefit of Smart Investments & Marketing, its Providers, and Web Site hosting service providers, and its and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and suppliers. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce these Terms directly against you on its or their own behalf.

JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES
Unless otherwise specified, the Content contained in this Web Site is presented solely for your convenience and/or information. This Web Site is controlled and operated by Smart Investments & Marketing from its offices within Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.
